We are very excited that CompBioNets 2004 is almost here.
If you arrive by airplane, you can take a cab from a cab company called
COOPSETA, which is located close to the arrival gate at the airport.
This is a safe means of transportation. You tell them where you are going, and you PREPAY the ride, at the counter.
Please, have the hotel name and address printed, to avoid communication
problems. We have a well known hotel nearby, which has a very similar name.
If you do take the cab, give the driver a paper with the following information printed:
HOTEL MARANTE PLAZA
Av. Boa Viagem, no. 1070,
1o. Jardim, Pina, Recife.
"1o. Jardim" means "first garden", and it an important clue to where exactly the hotel is located.
If you have a presentation, we will have a computer for you to use, so you do
not have to bring your own laptop. But in case you cannot leave home
without it, we will provide wireless internet at the hotel (see
for details).
We will start distribution of the material at 1:00pm of Dec/15, on the first
floor of the Marante Plaza Hotel.
